Understanding the importance of offering a wide service to our customers, we recognise that our involvement with a publication need not end when it has been printed. Therefore we can provide customers with services long after their publication has been printed, such as the use of our on-site storage facilities. When stored titles are needed by the customer they are selected from stock and despatched by us. We also hold small numbers of stock for customers using our Print on Demand service, and replenish these as titles are sold.

Other services we offer include efficient order-taking and customer enquiry handling on behalf of the client, and regular stock monitoring. This means we can provide customers with estimates in advance of when their stocks will run out, as well as sales projections to estimate the numbers of each title that will need to be printed.
