At Lavenham Press we understand the time consuming nature of running a membership organisation, and seek to lift some of these burdens by providing a complete management service to many Institutes, Associations, Clubs and other Special Interest Groups. We manage the database, send renewal reminders, and via links with the organisation's website, provide an online facility that allows their members to edit their own details, apply for membership, renew, rejoin and make online payments. Authorised Club Officials only will have access to real time reports tailored to their requirements, 24 hours a day. We also offer a direct telephone line answered in the client's name, and provide the use of our Lavenham mailing address. From here we receive and process applications by post and telephone, and use the database to add new members, process renewals and |
update members' information. We can also receive payments by cheque and pay these directly into the client's bank, or by credit/debit card using their PDQ. We can then provide personalised membership cards, and despatch welcome packs to new members. We can also manage Club Shops and Merchandising Departments, providing storage, receiving orders and payments online or via traditional methods, and then despatch using our discounted carriers. In recognition of our safe and responsible handling of customer payment details, we have been certified as PCI DSS compliant (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). An annually assessed status, it acknowledges the measures we have put in place to protect all payment card details, and the hard work of all staff involved to ensure these are maintained. |
